Pryzm

Pryzm is a groundbreaking Layer 1 blockchain built on the Cosmos SDK dedicated entirely to the trading and harvesting of future yield. It introduces a massive paradigm shift in DeFi by allowing users to separate a yield-bearing asset (like staked ATOM or LUNA) into two distinct tokens: a Principal Token (PT) and a Yield Token (YT).

This mechanism, known as "Yield Stripping," empowers users to tokenize and trade their future income. It allows risk-averse investors to lock in a fixed APY upfront, while giving aggressive traders the ability to speculate on fluctuating yield rates with incredible capital efficiency.

The core technology of Pryzm is its native separation engine. When a user deposits a supported staked asset, Pryzm issues a Principal Token (representing the original deposit value at maturity) and a Yield Token (representing the variable yield generated over that time period).

The platform features a specialized Automated Market Maker (AMM) optimized for trading these time-dependent assets. This allows users to sell their Yield Tokens for upfront cash today, or buy discounted Principal Tokens that will be redeemable for full value in the future, creating a robust fixed-income market in Web3.

Pryzm is currently running its highly anticipated "StakeDrop Campaign." The network takes continuous snapshots of users who stake supported assets (like ATOM, OSMO, and LUNA) on their native chains while delegating to Pryzm-affiliated validators.

Participants earn "Pryzm Points" based on the volume and duration of their delegation. The $PRYZM token will be used for network security (Proof of Stake), governance, and as the primary currency for paying transaction fees on this specialized yield-trading blockchain.
